Bio field trip

Was listening to the instructor on how to collect invertebrates in the stream.We were all sitting on the grass and i had this funny feeling which caused me to look around in the grass. And guess what i found.



A four leaf clover! I was overjoyed as you can see in this pic where i was smiling too much. Erna could control herself with her cool looks *like byakuyaa* so shes man.

This is the dining hall..reminds me a bit of harry potter but a lot smaller. Cuz other schools were there as well and we sat in different tables *just like griffindor and hufflepuff or wtv houses hogwards have*



On the day of our 'real' course work sample collecting..the cows were let loose!



Near the stream!! We were told to keep the measuring tape as one time it got chewed on some time ago xD



These are the shrimps i had to count. I did 14 sample sites. Altogether that day i counted *grabs calculator*
341 of them!!



So that's where the sign originated from..



On our last day..was eating lunch..yummy ham + egg

The Brunei girls *including the chinese Bruneians* celebrated hari raya in school right after the biology field trip.

Me and ping paired up for this and made lasagna and it was gone on the same night it was made..so proud *tears*

Explosion of Events

YES LA finallyyyy i get to update WITH PICTURES WOOO
I shall go by the correct sequence of events =D

Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award - 4 days 3 nights



We went to Peak District (near Manchester) which was a National Park. *check out stone henge down there..thats where i am!! well not directly next to the stones but yeah talk about it later =)*



1st day :This is a reservoir and we had a short break there..skipping stones on it was fun..hannah was just hauling big rocks into them xD



There was a town called Hope. Pretty cool huh?



Ironic much?



2nd day : I thought this place was very cool. Although it was the worst day of D of E as the winds were so strong till i couldnt walk in a straight line WITH my rucksack on!! And we were walking along a cliff *like seriously you could plummet to your doom* but it was a good thing that the wind blew in the right direction!!
Oh and on that day it rained non stop. We were soaked wet, cold and miserable by the end of the day. Eventhough we were wearing water proofs, the rain just went through them cuz they were just too wet T ^T

Last day: Dawn =) this is the best camp site ever! Super view as well dontcha agree?



WE MADE IT ALIVE omg cant believe we still had the energy to smile xD
6 hour drive back to Salisbury. Stayed in school overnight.
The next day, boarders return to school and im like half dead lol.

My room



Im in a double room although im not sharing a room with anybody..so this is my side of the room



And this is another side..Janice was sharing a room with me for a few days since her room mate hasnt arrived from hongkong.

I bought that wrapping paper and redid the cover of the book with the help of Angie =) who holepunched the sides for me ^^

The cow was prolly the funniest thing i've seen this year. I didnt manage to get a pic of it when it was staring straight at us xD but it was right in the center of the pathway..and we just stared back at it.

Its like some sort of staring competition xD
