Random stuff here and there =)



im done with making confetti. Its for the school play, The Mikado. Im contributing as a crew member. Most probably as the technical side..playing with the lights and sound system..smoke machines wooo!

The previous night, we had this cocktail-making activity :) we had to be creative in making cocktails. They had all the ingredients : pink lemonade, apple juice, orange juice, strawberries, lime, apples, and so on. But the thing is, i've never really seen one before so all i had to do is mix everything up and be the taster. Since we're under supervision, our house mistress let us add some vodka into our cocktails. It tasted quite nice but i didnt have much. Just didnt feel like it. I took the cocktail back into my room for photoshoots xD

Up to now my room still smells like strawberry cocktail..pleasant smell :P

Im trying to make a Buckyball. For those who do A level chemistry should know what it is. But for those who dont, here's a rough idea : its a carbon-60 atom (i think its an atom) one pentagon is surrounded by 5 hexagons and it would naturally curve. Which eventually curves into a ball which looks a like footballs. like this one. Its quite challenging >..<

The extra mini umbrellas i used for deco in my room xD it isnt like this anymore..i made it hang vertically instead..

Yesterday, all foreign girls are invited to go to the cathedral spire. Its the tallest in the whole of UK.

They were rehearsing for the performance that night. I would like to go IF it was free..unfortunately it would cost around £15-£20

See those spiral stairs on the left? Pretty small eh? We had to climb it and i was actually quite terrified..cuz as you can see..we can look out from the sides of the stairs..and it wasnt a good idea to look down..na ah..

This is the cathedral bell. Riiiight before i took this picture 2 meters away from it..the freakin bell rang. And you'll probably have a rough idea on how loud that would be x..x
and it gave me a heart attack.

You know hamster wheels? This is a human wheel where 2 men use it to carry heavy bricks and stuff to the top of the cathedral. I think its a pretty cool technique..but..

what happens if they became too tired and stop running..wont the wheel turn the other way round really fast due to the weight of the mass theyre carrying? and crash whatever is downstairs? hmmmm xl
