Last Thursday was the most electrifying Thursday it can ever get. Thursday always meant labs for me. But that week I was counting down to Justice's concert. And dang it's freaking awesome!! Both were wearing black leather jackets, Xavier had a few puffs on stage..super badass! Loved Gaspard's hair throwing back and forth to the beat. Zs and I were wondering what do DJ's actually do on the turntables. The crowd was crazy. I was so glad I picked the spot with the best view..not to mention, the safest too! It looked like the crowd started moshing to the opening song 'Genesis' when Justice dropped the beats. They played Civilisation the longest..my faveee song!! Still can't get it outta my head. The light show was amazing. Very creative and it was different for every song. I'm so glad I took many videos!! A night I'll never forget :)
Played King's cup again last weekend..I seriously I'm getting too old for games like these..I got a hangover the next morning with just a plastic cup of alcohol (malibu and vodka ice). I can't afford to get sick again. 2 lab reports coming my way and I don't have much time left. Jan results came back very recently and I can say that I'm happy that I'm on par with some of my course mates..however I was a bit disappointed with my marks. I don't know how I can deal with 5 papers in the summer.
After exams, I'll be working for one of my lecturer's in the chem dept on soft matter. I'm really excited!! Sure some people would think why would I throw away my beautiful summer in the labs instead of lying on the beach with sand between my toes..but I think it's good for a change! Plus I think it's something I would enjoy very much :) call me a nerd if you want..
I had the time to feel bored and started on tumblr.
I have a feeling that I have more to write..but for now all I can think of is my lab report..I really need to start on it!
